1. Refund eligibility

a. We have not delivered the products or services as agreed in the contract;
b. The product has defects or does not meet the technical standards agreed upon by both parties.

2. Refund application process
If you need to apply for a refund, you need to contact our customer service team within 3 natural days after receiving the product or service, and provide proof of purchase and detailed explanation materials for the corresponding issue.

3. Refund delivery time
After your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 14 working days and the funds will be returned to your original payment account.

4. Non refundable items
Customized products and services that are fully customized according to your requirements do not support refunds; We do not provide refund services for services that have already been delivered.

5. Cancel policy
If you cancel the order before production or construction starts, you can enjoy a contract refund; Those who apply for cancellation after the start of production or construction will be charged a corresponding proportion of cancellation fees based on the completed workload.
