1. Depending on the application scenario, select parallel pins made of different materials and hardness levels;
2. The parallel pin bears shear force as a whole. Hardening allows it to withstand greater shear force, but may risk damaging the mating part;
3. When selecting a parallel pin with m6 tolerance, liquid nitrogen cooling may be used during assembly;
4. Hardened parallel pins generally adopt m6 tolerance, with a maximum surface roughness of 0.8;
5. Non-hardened parallel pins can choose h6, h8, h11, or m6 tolerance, and surface roughness options are 0.8, 1.6, or 3.2.
